GOD’S PRINCIPALITY OVER THE EARTH
[[Job 2:1]] KJV Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD.
In the book of Job, it looks like Satan could walk into God’s presence at will. When the sons of God presented themselves before God, Satan also showed up. The sons of God refer to the angels *(Gen 6:2). Many think Satan still has this rights in the heavens. The story of Daniel and the Prince of Persia gives people an idea that demonic principalities control heavenly territories *(Dan 10:13).
The death of Jesus, however, changed everything. Ephesians 4:10 says, “He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.” Glory to God! When Jesus resurrected, He filled all the heavens. Hallelujah! There’s no more space for Satanic principalities. Now you are in charge. Jesus said, “…Occupy till I come” *(Luke 19:13).
Satan has no power to control your life, family, and even city. You are a city. Jesus said you are a city on a hill *(Mat 5:14). Anytime you enter a territory, darkness leaves that territory because you are the light of the world *(Joh 1:5). You are joint-heir with Christ. And at the name of Jesus, every knee in heaven, earth, and hell bows because Jesus fills all things. Hallelujah! Satan has lost his power!
Before His death, Jesus said, “Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out” *(Joh 12:31). So Satan is no longer the Prince of this world. He’s cast out! Glory to God! Now you are God’s king on earth. You are God’s principality to reign on earth. Hallelujah!
[[Rev 5:10]] KJV And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
Confession:
Glory to God! I’m God’s Prince on earth. I’m in charge. I reign through Christ. I’m a city on a hill. Satan is crushed under my feet. I tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Glory!
