INCREASING YOUR FAITH

[[Luk 17:5, 6]] KJV And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

As the Lord taught His disciples, they answered and said to Him “increase our faith” *(Luke 17:5). Then Jesus answered them by saying, “If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.”

Most of the time, we look out for strange things when it comes to spiritual things. For example, one would think that by fasting and praying more faith would be increased in him. But the way to increase one’s faith is very simple.

In the above, the Master told the disciples to command trees to be uprooted irrespective of how small their faith may be. He was trying to teach the disciples that THE WAY TO INCREASE FAITH IS BY USING IT. As you exercise your faith, you actually increase your faith. If you fail to exercise your faith, it’ll be weak and accomplish nothing.

Learn to release your faith all the time. Use your faith. Believe God for things. Challenge your faith. God loves those who dare to release their faith. Without faith, it’s impossible to please God. Today release your faith. Speak forth what you believe. Jesus told the disciples to speak to the tree. You can also speak to your health or even to your bank account. Release your faith and see God move in your life. Only believe!

Confession:
Dear Lord I thank you for today. My faith is strengthend. Am full of God’s word. There is health and life in me. I abound in good things. I declare that all things are working together for my good even now in Jesus’s name. Amen.
