THE COMPLETE MAN

[[Col 2:10]] KJV And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Talking about God’s New Creation, Paul declares that we are complete in Him (Christ). The man in Christ Jesus is a total man. He is complete in Christ. Glory to God!

‘Complete’ here is the Greek “Pleroo” which actually means to be filled to the maximum capacity. It denotes supersaturation. When we become born again, we are complete in Christ and supersaturated with His totality. In fact, the phrase “Ye are complete in him” from the Greek actually reads, “Ye are complete (filled to the maximum capacity and supersaturated) WITH Him.”

So we are complete IN Christ and filled WITH Him. Ephesians 3:19 throws more light: “…that you may be filled [through all your being] with (unto) all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]! [AMP]. Awesome!

No wonder John said, “As He is, so are we in this world” *(1 Jn 4:17). Your entire being can be super-filled with God Himself! No space for sicknesses and diseases! To be complete WITH Him means to be supersaturated with the totality of Christ. It’s not most of Christ that’s in you. IT’S ALL OF CHRIST THAT’S INSIDE YOU!

To be complete IN Him also means that you are absolute. There is nothing lacking, nothing missing, and nothing wanting in you. David understood this, he boldly declared; “The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want…” *(Ps 23.1). He knew that if he’s under the lordship of God, he CANNOT want anything. Nothing lacking! Nothing missing! nothing wanting! Nothing broken! Glory to God!

You are a complete man in Christ. You don’t lack anything. You don’t need anything to make you complete. Stop looking outside for fulfilment. All you need is inside you. Christ in you; the hope of glory! Hallelujah!

Confession:
Father, I thank you for your grace at work in me. I’m filled with all the fullness of God. I lack nothing. Am absolutely complete in Christ. There’s nothing missing, nothing wanting, and absolutely nothing lacking in me. Glory to God!
