POWER OVER GUILT

[[Rom 5:20]] KJV Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

Satan has used the weapon of guilt and condemnation to weaken countless believers. Many Christians think that the feeling of guilt after falling into sin is the voice of the Spirit convicting them. On the contrary, Jesus told us that the Holy Spirit will NOT convict the Christian of sin. He said the Spirit of truth will convict the world (sinner) of sin (John 16:8).

The Holy Spirit rather empowers us to live victorious over sin. As a child of God, you must know that the Holy Spirit never leaves you nor forsakes you, no matter what you do wrong (John 14:16). He rather helps you to come out of it.

What Satan does is to make you feel guilty and bad so that you can’t pray and draw close to God. Your biggest power is your closeness to God. And the devil seeks to hinder that. What you have to do is reject that bad feeling and remind yourself of God’s love and unfailing grace.

The devil’s condemnation is so deep that many believers get crippled by it. For example, when you are sick, you boldly say, ‘I’m healed!.’ When you are weak, you say, ‘I’m strong!’ But when you sin, you say, ‘I’ve sinned LORD, please forgive me.’ What happened to, ‘I’m the righteousness of God?’ Don’t let the devil stop you or make you feel bad. When you sin, get closer to God, and pray in tongues so much that every iota of Satan’s guilt disappears. That’s power!

Confession:
I’m the righteousness of God. God loves me. Grace is greater than guilt in my life. The Holy Spirit is with me and in me. I’m super loved by God. I win today in Jesus’ name.
