DOMINATING THE YEAR

[[Job 38:12]] AKJV Have you commanded the morning since your days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;

Man was made by God not just to inhabit the earth but to dominate and have rulership over it. In Gen 1:26, God said, “Let us create man…and let them have dominion…” Your assignment here therefore is to dominate and rule over all of God’s creations. Nothing happens unless you move. You decide everything.

The devil is NOT in control: you are! You are the one God put in charge! Hallelujah! How your day, week, month or year will go is absolutely predicted on you. Every year is the same: every day has 24hours, every week has seven days, every year has twelve months. This year is not different from last year. How the year will end for you is totally determined by you.

In our opening text, we realize that you can command your morning. That means that you can instruct the morning as to how you want it to go. You have mastery and authority over your morning. Glory! And if you can command your morning, you can also command your day, weeks, months and year. Glory to God!

You were not made for the year; the year was made for you. The year is privileged to have you. No year is meaningful without man. Anything that can be accomplished in any year has to be because of man. So take your place. Decide your year. Show it how you want it to be. Propound concepts and ideas that will make you accomplish exploits. Hallelujah! You are in charge! Dominate the year!

Prayer:
Dear God, I thank you for a great year and the opportunity to be alive. I dominate the year through the Spirit. I receive great ideas and resources to make an indelible mark this year in Jesus’ name.
