PERFECTING YOUR FAITH THRUOGH WORKS
[[Jas 2:22]] KJV Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
Many have said ‘I have faith’ but there has been no results. Some even have become disappointed to use their faith because they have failed almost every time they tried. But the truth is that faith works!
Faith has never failed before. If you thought you had faith and it failed, you didn’t have faith. It was something else. Faith never fails. Faith always win. The problem is that many believe but do not perfect their faith. Faith is not believe, but believing is the beginning of faith. You cannot have faith if you don’t believe. Notwithstanding, believe is not faith. You see, to use faith you must believe something, but believing something does not mean you have faith. It only means you believe.
For example, to believe you will be healed is not faith. Faith doesn’t believe you will be healed. Faith says “I am healed” Faith lays hold on the healing. Faith is a substance. Hebrews 11:1 says “Now faith is THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR…” So the question is, are you hoping for something? Faith is the substance of it. If you hope to be healed, faith is the substance of that healing you hope for.
So to perfect faith you need works. Not the works of the law, but the works of faith. In the above scripture, James shows us that BY WORKS FAITH WAS MADE PERFECT. What works is this? The out working of your faith. Faith is invisible but your works are visible. A combination of the two is what perfects your faith. So for example, if you have faith that you are healed, act it! Get up from that sick bed and walk! Act out your faith! Faith without works is dead.
Today release your faith for victories. Faith works. As you do, act out your faith. Back them with works. Speak boldly about what you believe, walk like it. Act like it. And you’ll become it. Faith never fails. Faith always win! Win today!
Prayer:
Father, I thank you for your word that’s stirs up faith in me. My faith is alive. I produce great results by faith. I step out today in faith, working out my faith by works of faith in Jesus’ name. And I win today!
