POWER TO GET WEALTH
[[Deu 8:18]] KJV But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
Prosperity and wealth are God’s plans for you. God wants us to be prosperous and wealthy. There’s nothing like prosperity gospel. The gospel itself is prosperity. Jesus said, ‘…I have come that you may have life to the overflow” (John 10:10). God’s design is for us to have life that overflows into eternal life, financial abundance, and righteousness.
There are three important things to note in the above: 1. Remember the LORD. Our heart must be positioned to remember the LORD and not allow prosperity to make us forget the LORD. You have the tendency to forget that your prosperity comes from God and not yourself, your smartness, or hard work.
The second thing to note is that God gives the power to get wealth. That means if you didn’t have wealth, the power of God can come upon you to make you get. Prosperity is a power. Prosperity is supernatural. You can not control certain dimensions of wealth unless you are connected to the supernatural. May the power to get wealth rest upon you.
Finally, God prospers you to establish His covenant. God has a covenant with Abraham to bless his children. God actually tied the blessing of nations to the seed of Abraham (Gen 121-3). This tells us the dimension of blessing that this power brings unto our lives. No wonder the Bible said you shall leand to nations and not borrow. I see you walking in this dimension of prosperity.
Prayer:
Thank you, LORD, for your word. Thank you for the power to get wealth. I receive this power and walk in greater dimensions of wealth in Jesus’ name. Lack has no place in me. I live to the overflow in Jesus’ name.
