SONS UNTO GLORY

[[Heb 2:10]] KJV For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

This verse of scripture sets Jesus apart from any and every person, or religious leader and prophet under heaven. The reason is because, in the above, we discover that everything in all the universe is created by and for Jesus. He is the maker and owner of all things. Glory to God!

The next thing we find in the above is that Jesus tested death for all men so that through His death, He will bring many sons unto glory. Everyone who receives Jesus as LORD and Saviour must come into glory. ‘Glory’ is the Greek ‘doxa’, which means kingly majesty, magnificence, honour, and splendour. That’s how your life should be when you make Jesus LORD of your life.

Jesus procured all the splendour and glory of heaven for you. Jesus puts it this way in His own words, ‘And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them… (Joh 17:22). Cancer, poverty, lack, sickness, and all these works of darkness have no place in your life. Your life must be filled with glory. You are a son unto glory. Hallelujah!

When we are able to appropriate all these heavenly providence into our lives, we make the captain of our salvation perfect through His suffering. Living in a bandage after salvation rubbishes the work of Christ for you. You make His suffering useless. In the name of Jesus, as you read this devotional, you come into the full blessing of your salvation in Christ Jesus! Glory!

Confession:
I am a child of glory. I reject lack, poverty, sickness, and every work of darkness in my life. I walk in heavenly splendour and glory. My life is a manifestation of all the beauty of God. I’m glorious. I walk in kingly majesty in Jesus’ name!
